History of PCS

Professional Computing Solutions Limited were formed in 2009 as a result of the re structuring of the Danoptra Group Computer Services function.  The executives of PCS were asked to submit a proposal for the support of the Gamestec Service Call Management System and RLMS Sales Systems.  Facing opposition from many organisations from both the UK and abroad PCS secured the support contract for both and have continued to support and enhance these for the last two years.

With the experience gained in developing mobile workforce solutions and exposure to third party scheduling products PCS set a strategic objective to develop the best in class scheduling solution that addressed the flaws within current scheduling products.  That solution which has taken almost three years to develop is now available.

Our Scheduling solution, creates business value through higher levels of productivity, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Our concept of ‘continuous planning and scheduling’ incorporates customer demand forecasting, long and short term capacity planning, shift planning, real-time scheduling, as well as on-going communication with the customer on the expected arrival time of the field workforce resource.
